How to Check your Financial Aid Status

• Log on to your MyUH Services account
• In the search bar where it says “What would you like to do?” type in “View My Financial Aid Information.” 

• Click on the “View My Financial Aid Information” tile.

• Next, enter your UH Username and password to login.

• Next, select your current Home Campus and Aid Year and click “Submit.”

• Click on the orange “Financial Aid” tab.

• Click on “My Overall Financial Aid Status” and select the current aid school year at Windward College to check on the status of your financial aid package for the school year.
• Click on “My Eligibility” to check for any Holds on your Student Account or any unmet Student Requirements for the processing of your FAFSA.   You can also check your Academic Progress status for financial aid eligibility.
• Click on “My Award Information” to check if a financial aid package has been prepared for you.  You can also check the award payment schedule, and sign-up for e-Refunds if you are expecting a refund.

Sending Official Documents to the Financial Aid Office

Students have the option to submit financial aid documents using the UH FileDrop service. The UH FileDrop offers students the convenience of safely and securely uploading documents to our office for review and processing. 

When using the UH FileDrop, use these settings:

• Recipient must be wccfao@hawaii.edu
• Expiration Timer change to 14 days
• Documents should be clear, legible and complete.
• Please use blue or black ink.

Documents must show both Student Name and UH ID number. Verify each document is signed, if needed.
