Campus involvement will enable you to gain life skills, increase your sense of connection to the campus and help develop leadership qualities that can enrich your professional and personal life. Campus involvement in clubs or organized groups can also teach balance of all aspects of your life. ASUH-WCC coordinates all of the student organizations on our campus.
Windward Community College offers a variety of clubs, every year new club ideas are innovated and new clubs are created. Clubs and organizations strive to serve the campus and our beloved community by providing leadership development for students, activism, public and social service, recreational, and cultural interaction among our student body, faculty, and staff.
Student Life & Development values programs and services that complement all students’ educational development and support the development and growth of Registered Independent Student Organizations (RISO). The goal of the RISOs are to afford Windward students with opportunity to practice decision-making skills, develop interpersonal communication skills, learn to reduce conflict and solve problems, develop group management skills, and express opinions and thoughts clearly, create a sense of belonging and to HAVE FUN.
If you are interested in organizing a club, please contact the student government for the appropriate forms and more information at phone: 235-7354 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
