Connecting via STAR Balance:

During live office hours, students may connect with a Ka Piko Student Tech Assistant live via STAR Balance for virtual video conferencing. Here’s how to connect:

  2. Wait for an email/text with the Student Tech Assistant’s Zoom link
  3. Click the link to start your live session

Complete a Help Form

Students can also complete a Help Form and a Ka Piko Student Tech Assistant will respond as soon as possible. Please include as many details as possible. You also have the option to upload screenshots or other documents which may help explain your concern.
