Special Covid-19 Update:

The WCC Testing Center has implemented “WCC Proctors for Me,” which provides virtual course test proctoring via Zoom by WCC Testing Center Staff. Staff will verify student identity via picture ID, provide verbal and written instructions, as well as monitor students’ testing via Zoom technology.

Students may book online proctored test appointments via MySuccess. For instructions check out our How to Book Testing Center Appointments document.

Course Testing Details:

  • Appointments via MySuccess must be made at least 48 hours in advance. By 6:00pm the day before the testing appointment, the student will receive an email with their Zoom session link.
  • Up to 6 students may be proctored at a time by one staff member.
  • Testing appointments are 90-minutes: 75 minutes for testing and 15 minutes for providing instructions and troubleshooting technical Issues. Instructors may need to adjust tests to accommodate the 75-minute testing window.
  • Paper tests will need to be converted to an online format (i.e. Laulima, Canvas or Pearson) to be proctored.
  • Testing will be for WCC courses only. Proctoring of non-WCC tests is currently suspended.
