  • Technology Resources for Students | University of Hawaii System– Information about essential technology resources, including account access, online services, academic tools, and security best practices
  • UH MFA Hard Token – Students can obtain a UH Hard Token, a physical USB device that generates Multifactor Authentication (MFA) codes, eliminating the need for a phone for MFA. Contact the WCC Testing and Student Tech Support Office (Laakea 228) to request one.

Tutoring Support & Placement Prep

Windward CC Ka Piko Tutoring

General tutoring services are free of charge and open to all current WCC students. Specialty topics include writing, math, speech, and ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi

UHCC & Tutor.com

The University of Hawaii Community Colleges offers free online, on-demand tutoring, through Tutor.com. Tutors are always available, even late at night. All WCC students are provided with 600 minutes (10 hours) of tutoring time on Tutor.com per semester.

TRiO Student Support Services

TRiO Student Support Services (TRiO SSS) is a federally funded program with the purpose of increasing retention, graduation, and transfer rates from two-year to four-year colleges/universities for low-income, first-generation, and/or disabled college students.

Provides free math, science, and writing tutoring to UH-system undergraduate students
