

Windward Community College Library is committed to providing exemplary services that foster information literacy and enhance teaching and learning, and to developing, organizing and maintaining resources that provide for diverse perspectives and styles of learning.
Our Hawaiʻi Collection at has over 7,000 items including books, periodicals, pamphlets, maps, and audio/visual media. The collection contains Hawaiʻi-related materials about the humanities, arts, natural sciences, and social sciences. The collection primarily supports the interdisciplinary Hawaiian Studies Associate of Arts Degree and Certificate curriculum, helping students dive into the rich repositories of information about Hawaiʻi’s language, history, cultural traditions, performing and visual arts, land, and ocean systems.
Here at the Library Learning Commons, you can borrow do more than just books. The library is home to many other services such as the Math lab, Testing Center, and Writing Lab. There are also study rooms for study groups as well as the Hub for some snacks and drinks. And for those times when you seem to forget everything, we also lend laptops, phone chargers, movies, and ukuleles.
