The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry expert. Years of experience and inside knowledge of the foodservice industry are at the core of this course, exams and materials. It is designed for all levels of training and to prepare students to handle food sanitation risks in a variety of situations.
