Baking Basics (one day class)

Explore ingredients and techniques that lead to successful baking at home. We will discuss the key ingredients used in dozens of baked goods and how these ingredients interact with one another in the baking process. You will make Rustic Rosemary and potato bread (Ciabatta Bread Style), Sweet Rolls a variety of shapes (French Bread style), Oatmeal Streusel, Banana Muffins, Ruby Red Chocolate Chip Cookies, Vanilla and/or Orange Cupcakes and Ivory Buttercream Icing.
