As Workforce Programs Coordinator, I lead the design, instruction, and administration of credit and non-credit healthcare and workforce training programs that are aligned with state and national certification standards. My work integrates culturally responsive curriculum, entrepreneurial thinking, and AI literacy to prepare students for tech-enabled, patient-centered careers. I recruit and mentor faculty, facilitate student-centered support systems, and build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations to expand equitable access. Through data-informed evaluation, I oversee program operations, support retention efforts, and contribute to college-wide innovation in teaching and learning, serving on committees related to Institutional Effectiveness and Artificial Intelligence.
