Windward Community College (Windward CC) does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex, color, national origin, or disability in its programs and activities. Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs of Study are offered in the areas of Agriculture, Information and Computer Science, Mental Health Technician, Foundations in Acting, and Veterinary Sciences.

Windward CC applies an open access policy for its CTE programs, with the exception of its Veterinary Technology program that determines admission based upon:

  1. Attendance in courses of Windward CC’s Veterinary Assisting program;
  2. Grades of completed prerequisites,
  3. Essay,
  4. Letters of reference, and
  5. Prior veterinary-related work experience.
