Chef Steve will guide you through the steps to making a complete Japanese meal. Your entree will be Nikujaga (Japanese-style meat and potato stew). Side dishes include Harusame salad (Japanese glass noodle salad) and a tsukemono (pickled cabbage). You will complete your meal with a special dessert. Lunch will be provided.
