Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 is not allowed to return to campus until they have completed isolation requirements and symptoms (if any present) have resolved, consistent with the standards of DOH and the CDC.
All positive cases and suspected cases of COVID-19 should be reported to the WCC COVID Response Team by completing the WCC COVID-19 Contact Tracing Form at http://go.hawaii.edu/RUV. You may reach the WCC COVID Response Team by email at email@example.com or 808-462-4715. The information will be kept confidential. It is imperative that everyone follows campus COVID-19 guidelines, including:
- using the daily health check-in app LumiSight UH before coming to campus or participating in campus-related activities
- staying home when you are sick or awaiting test results for COVID -19
It is required that everyone on campus wear a face covering when indoors and not in a room by yourself. Remember to practice safe physical distancing and wash your hands often.
