Focus 2 Career

Focus 2 Career is a free, mobile compatible, online tool available to all Windward CC students. Students can:

  • explore careers and majors
  • complete self-assessments about interests, personality, values and skills
  • create an action plan
  • develop a portfolio to keep track of experiences, memberships, volunteer work and more

To access Windward’s Focus 2 Career site, click on the logo and use access code "Aloha." New users will need to fill out the requested information on the registration form and submit their UH email and password. Check out Windward’s Focus 2 Career Student Registration Guide to get started.

Focus 2 Career is utilized on campus in three ways as a:

  • self-paced, online tool in which students create their accounts and explore independently
  • supplemental resource incorporated by instructors in a classroom
  • supplemental resource utilized by academic counselors to assist students in career development

All progress is automatically saved, so you can explore the site and come back at a later date!


Hawaii Industry Sectors


To access the Hawaii Industry Sectors site, please click on the image above.

The Hawaii Industry Sectors site is a free online tool. Students can:

  • search for occupations by title, education level, or skill area
  • explore industry sectors in high demand or by level of earnings
  • explore science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) occupations
  • take The Holland Occupational Themes interest survey (RIASEC)
  • enter their RIASEC code from a previously completed RIASEC survey and explore related occupations
