The WCC Counseling & Advising staff provides assistance with decision-making in the exploration of your educational, career, and personal goals. We collaborate with you to support learning, develop educational plans, and provide referrals to resources and tools during your time at Windward.

Assigned Counselors

You are assigned a counselor (by last name alpha) to assist throughout your education journey at Windward CC. To schedule an appointment with your counselor, call 808-235-7413, email your counselor directly, or follow the steps below to view your counselor’s availability and schedule the appointment online:

1. Log into STAR Balance
2. Click “Advising Services” on the left hand side
3. Click your assigned counselor
4. Select date and time that your assigned counselor is available
5. Fill out form and then click submit
