As the snow falls
In the state of Washington
I run excitedly through the door
I find myself caught in a snow fantasy
I see tiny white angels drifting down
Sent from a goddess above
The snow covered trees
Are pillars of the Ice Castle
As I run back in my house
I smell the antidote for the cold
Hot chocolate
On the dining table with
Warm chocolate chip cookies
A snack for the Royal Family
When I’m done eating
I’m back in the real world
