4.5 Promote the knowledge, skills, and opportunities that support current and emerging STEM fields and careers, increasing STEM course enrollments by 3% per year.

Comment 1. Is the goal to add more courses or to increase class size? Are the classes not filling, and so need greater promotion? If the goal is to increase aggregate course enrollment, then if we offer 10 STEM courses one year and 11 STEM courses the next, everything else being equal, we would have increased enrollment by 10%. Is there a list of STEM courses that Windward offers, so the percentage can be more meaningful?
