Comment 1. Will these funds be used for research and training? It's not clear. Can we also include something specific on research and training that will contribute to the state's economy?
Comment 2. How does this "contribute to the state's economy and provide a solid return on its investment in higher education through research and training." Sounds like this is just getting us more money, doesn't do anything to "provide a solid return on" the State's investment.
Comment 3. This doesn't seem to add to the economic contribution that the college will make to the state. In addition, beyond a general orientation towards fundraising, which we presumably already have, this really doesn't offer much of a goal. Are there specific strategic changes that should be made? Are there specific groups that we should target that we haven't tried to secure funds from before?
