Trash Reduction
- Sell stainless steel water bottles with our logo or some other item that encourages re-use
- Discouraging vendors from using non-compostable disposable products
- charge a "trash fee" to vendors who use plastics
- require the use of compostable materials
- Offering a free something (Windward CC pencil?!) for people who bring their own reusable chopsticks or fork
- Can we sell or give people reusable forks and bowls with logos on them?
General Education
- Invite the Oahu Urban Garden Center to exhibit gardening information
- Ocean debris exhibit
- Promote authentically green cleaning products (not Clorox in its latest incarnation)
- Little tips on what to do on magnets or recycled paper bookmarks
