Description: Release tension and increase range of motion in your neck and back by practicing gentle yoga movements. Also, we will gently locate relevant shiatsu points and reflexology points for self-help. Benefit by re-balancing all systems: breath, digestion, circulation, nerves, and muscles. Chi Kung continues.
