Description: You can experience Chi-balancing by slowly moving your hands near your body for well-being. This self-help technique traditionally affects deficiencies, pain, and inflammation. Synchronizing our breath with Chi Kung movements, we will increase our inner strength. Also, we will practice imagery and breathing exercises while sitting to increase our sense of being centered and integrated.
