Using a University Laptop Off Campus

UH Administrative Procedure A8.510, Section F, explains the policy for using state property (including laptop computers) off campus. As part of the policy, the user is required to submit a PFMO Form 30 when taking equipment off campus. In order to comply with this policy, all users that received a laptop from Academic Computing must download and sign the form. The period of coverage will be for the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) and will have to be renewed every year.
