Apple does not permit the Windward Community College Bookstore to sell its products in-house.
UH students, faculty, and staff at all campuses are still eligible to receive academic discounts on Apple merchandise. The following outlines the changes in procedures:
Department, Faculty, and Staff Orders
The processing of Interdepartmental Orders (IDO’s) will see little change. Orders and requisitions can still be received by the Bookstore. Orders can also be faxed direct to our Manoa Computer Department at 808-956-9275. Please input the UH-Manoa Bookstore as the vendor on all IDO’s. All orders will be processed at the UH-Manoa Bookstore and will be delivered directly to the ordering department/office.
The major change in procedure is that the Bookstore cannot be used as a drop off point. If there is a special situation that may hinder the delivery of goods, please don’t hesitate to call. We can make arrangements to ensure the proper and timely delivery of your orders.
For repairs, please contact the Manoa Computer Department at 808-956-4317 to coordinate the pick-up or drop off of products.
The Bookstore cannot carry stock on-hand, but we will have demo computers available for students to test and review the various products. Products can be ordered through our Bookstore website and orders will be shipped directly to the student at no additional cost. Shipping is free. The projected turnaround time from the time orders are received to being delivered is estimated at 2 to 3 days. Products are shipped direct from Apple and are shipped UPS overnight to the customer.
